At Dough Palace, we believe dessert should be anything but ordinary!
What started as a side hustle in 2017 as Dee’s Delicious Delights grew into something much bigger. On Black Friday 2019, we officially opened the doors to Dough Palace Bakery in Fairfield, New Jersey.
Since then, we’ve been creating one-of-a-kind desserts that bring together creativity, incredible flavors, and the ability to not blow your diet with a sweet treat!

Every cookie, truffle, dough, cake, and specialty treat is thoughtfully created, handcrafted, and packaged by our team.
From our signature Protein Glam Cookies and edible Pro-Dough to our indulgent Truffles and seasonal creations, we’re always dreaming up something new.

Owner, Founder & Creative Mind Behind Dough Palace
Dough Palace is the vision of entrepreneur extraordinaire Dee, a former competitive bodybuilder, powerlifter, college professor, and passionate baker.
Combining her love for fitness with her creativity in the kitchen, Dee built a bakery unlike any other.
From developing unique flavor combinations to creating over-the-top cookie creations, she continues to push the boundaries of what a Dough Palace can be.
Her philosophy? Life is too short for boring desserts!

Forever a part of Dough Palace.
In December 2021, we lost someone incredibly special to our family and our bakery.
Deborah was an important part of Dough Palace, and although she is no longer physically with us, her love, support, and spirit remain a part of everything we do.
We feel her presence in the bakery every day, and we continue to bake, create, and work in her honor.
