Pro-Dough/Truffle Shelf Life: Our general recommendation is 5-7 days at room temp, however we store and merchandise Pro-Dough via refrigeration for best storage; Pro-Dough can also be frozen(customers have reported back to us, that they have frozen Pro-Dough for up to 6 months with no issues).

They are the baked form of our Pro-Dough in the process of making Pro-Dough we heavily whip our batter, add leavening, and hand craft each and every glam cookie! The concept of the Glam Cookies, we take our simple macro friendly Pro-Dough and we infuse it with fun unique mix-ins, stuffings, fruit fillings, and more- to create a Glamorous Cookie!
